On Thursday I went to the market…

and loaded up on pastured eggs and meat from local farmers.  Also some amazing organic kale and cherry tomatoes. I love buying local and supporting organic farmers.  But for all the times that isn’t possible, I try to do the best I can. Like Tuesday.  Dinner came from Target.  And it was damn good.
