The delicious breaded and deep fried calamari served as an appetizer isn’t doing you any favors. Don’t even get me started on the oil it’s cooked in. (That’s not to say I don’t indulge from time to time…I do.)

I love everything I have tried…didn’t even think I liked ranch dressing till I experienced their avocado oil ranch. The chipotle lime avocado oil mayo is a staple for me, and I’m pretty much obsessed with the vanilla coconut collagen fuel. Oh, and all of thebars, especially sea salt macadamia. It’s loaded with collagen but tastes like dessert. Total win-win!
