I love bowls.
I also love the new Ed Sheeran song “Shape of You,” pleather leggings, and my giant silver Kate Spade tote.
But back to bowls. They are a great way to use up leftovers and get creative in the kitchen. You can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And if you’re doing it right, they can totally help you feel happy, healthy and hot.
Here’s my formula for a perfect bowl: veggies + quality protein + quality fat + extras for flavor = happy, healthy and hot bowl
The cold shoulder trend seemed like such a great idea when I was shopping in September. Now that it’s winter, not so much!

I promised you lots of giveaways this year, and this is a good one!
Alpine Pure Oil, from Telluride Glow, is a big part of my evening routine. I love everything about this versatile facial oil….the pure ingredients, the amazing scent, and the way it makes my skin glow. And it’s not just for your face. I rub any excess into my cuticles or the ends of my hair.
that was pretty amazing. It was the Easy Weeknight Greek Fish Skillet from my friend Kelly Winters over at Primally Inspired. Kelly has awesome recipes that are usually grain and dairy free. If you haven’t checked her out, you should!
About the recipe…it was cod with spinach, tomatoes, lemon, oregano and kalamata olives, cooked in olive oil. Delicious and so easy, since it was all in one pan.
It got me to thinking…how else could I use those same flavors?
