Since the pumpkin spice latte was a hit…

I’m sharing one more pumpkin spice recipe with you.  You know, if lattes aren’t your thing!

What I love about this pumpkin spice chia pudding is that it’s so easy and versatile.  Just like a pair of black leggings.

Seriously, you can have this for breakfast, dessert or just a snack.  Oh, and it is dairy-free, grain-free, vegan, and paleo.  Everyone’s happy!

Sometimes I think this whole pumpkin spice thing is out of control…

like pumpkin spice Hershey’s Kisses, m & m’s and Pop-tarts.  Is that really necessary?


But let’s face it, people go crazy for seasonal flavors.  Myself included.  As the weather gets cooler, those warming spices suddenly draw me in.

At Starbucks, they now refer to their Pumpkin Spice Latte as PSL.  There are even special travel mugs for it.  Again, maybe a little out of control.

Being gorgeous on the go…

Halloween doesn’t have to be scary!

I’m not talking about haunted houses, or scary movies, or the crazy displays in those seasonal Halloween shops.  I love all that stuff!  Although I have to admit this whole clown situation has me a little freaked out.

I’m talking about the aisles full of Halloween candy in practically every store you go into this time of year.  There is something so appealing about fun size candy bars in seasonal packaging. You buy some for the trick or treaters, or to put in a cute jar on your kitchen counter, and end up eating it all yourself.  And feeling crappy.

Been there, done that.  But the jar did look really cute!

So that’s the scary part of Halloween…dealing with all the candy.
