Too Busy To Eat is hosted by Greg Zuffelato. It’s all about staying healthy while maintaining a busy lifestyle. Which is pretty much what we are all trying to do, right?
I love that all of Greg’s interviews are under 30 minutes, so you actually have time to listen. (My podcast time is usually while I walk KO.)
Greg is super energetic and fun to talk to. We discussed my health story… how I overcame a lifetime battle with acne, as well as digestive issues and anxiety, by simply changing my diet. And then decided I had to share this with the world so other people aren’t stuck dealing with the same shit. Because we all deserve to look and feel amazing!
