I recorded a video about this for Instagram…if you’re not following me @happyhealthyandhot_elizabeth now is the time! There are some great ideas for home workouts, lots of easy keto recipes and tons of positive inspo when we all need it the most.
While we’re all spending more time at home, let’s make the best of it. Here are five ways to make the most of social distancing:
Use this time at home to do some decluttering. Pack up your excess clothes, pots and pans, household supplies, anything at all! You can donate to local charities or sell on places like eBay, Poshmark or consignment stores. Not only are you blessing others with your overflow, you’re clearing space. This is so freeing!
Have a real conversation. Ok, maybe not in person depending on the situation. But this is a great time to call or FaceTime a friend. Instead of just texting and sending memes back and forth take the time to really connect.
Step away from your devices and read a good book. Lose yourself in some fiction, or take the time to learn something new with some non-fiction. I tend to gravitate towards the latter. I’m obsessed with personal development and all things health related. Here are some of my faves: Elizabeth’s book shelf
Try some fun new home workouts since you’re probably avoiding the gym. I have tons of ideas on my Instagram page @happyhealthyandhot_elizabeth or just go for a long walk. It’s great for your body, mind and soul. I get some of my most creative ideas when I’m out walking.
And finally, if you really want to binge watch something, make it productive. Check out my badass body confidence video series. These five short (10-15 minute) videos will change your life if you let them. You can grab badass body confidence for the no-brainer price of $7. You’ll receive immediate access to all of the videos, so feel free to binge away!
Let me know how you’re coping with social distancing! Hang in there!
