It’s football season…

September 8, 2018

and it’s no secret who I’m rooting for!

Football season can mean mindless snacking in front of a big screen TV.  Or at a tailgate.  And feeling shitty afterwards.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.  You can enjoy great food while you cheer on your favorite team and still feel happy, healthy and hot.
In this post I’ve rounded up some of my favorite recipes that seem appropriate for football season.
These recipes are Paleo, Primal and Keto friendly.  They contain quality fats, protein and antioxidants for gorgeous glowing skin, tons of energy and a hot body.
And they taste great…that goes without saying.
Let’s start with Buffalo Chicken Dip.  I am pretty much in love with this stuff and like to make a crockpot full of it and then eat the leftovers for a few days.  Here’s a link to the original post with the recipe:
Since the Eagles are kicking ass right now….
Another great option is deviled eggs.  So quick and easy to throw together, and when you make them with high quality ingredients (like the avocado oil mayo from Primal Kitchen Foods) they are the perfect Paleo/Primal/Keto snack.  So many variations…here’s a recipe that uses hot sauce to give them a nice kick:
Deviled eggs are hot right now…
And here’s another deviled egg recipe that I threw together recently, with smoked salmon and capers.  (This is a sophisticated deviled egg!)

My shredded Southwest chicken is great as a base for bowls…this is a recipe from the early days of hhh that definitely has staying power:  You can use all sorts of fun toppings that add flavor, color and valuable nutrients.
My second spicy Southwest secret…
Speaking of spicy, my spicy crab soup is so easy and delicious, and will feed a crowd.  I made it for the Super Bowl a few years ago and have loved it ever since.  The base is chicken bone broth which contains tons of collagen for gorgeous skin, nails and hair.  Here’s the recipe:

So can this collection of recipes help you feel happy, healthy and hot?  Hell yes!
You’ll be happy eating healthy and delicious food while you cheer on your favorite team.  Eating this way can improve your skin, increase your energy and give you a better body…so you’ll be very hot!
