So what was in my latest box?
A giant pile of sardines…seriously, if you’re not eating sardines you are missing out! They are a quick source of quality protein and healthy fat and they make your skin glow. I will admit I had a hard time with them at first but now I eat them all the time.

I am completely obsessed…
Two jars of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo, which is a total staple for me. Tastes great and no crappy industrial seed oils. I love it for egg salad.
Schmidt’s deodorant is one of the few natural ones that works for me and isn’t irritating. Love that Thrive offers it at a discount.
There was also a package of a liquid supplement called Brain Gear, which was a freebie. Thrive offers fun freebies all the time. Haven’t tried this yet, but I’m curious.
Some other things I order frequently:
Thrive brand organic coconut oil. It’s only $21.95 for a ridiculously large 54 ounce tub. I use this for so many things…cooking, blending into my coffee in the am, and all over my body as a moisturizer.
Not sure if I have enough coconut oil!
Pretty much anything from Primal Kitchen. The avocado oil mayo I mentioned is amazing, and it also comes in a chipotle lime flavor. I’m working my way through their salad dressings…next one I am trying is the creamy Caesar. Can’t wait!
