I’m not a huge fan of energy bars because most of them are loaded with sugar. And highly processed crap. That is not the case with Primal Kitchen Bars.
Each one has 15 grams of healthy protein and 3 grams of sugar. And the ingredients are really clean. Almonds, pumpkin seeds, cocoa, collagen….yes, collagen. So these bars will help you have gorgeous skin and healthy hair and nails.
I have tried just about everything Primal Kitchen has to offer, and I’ve always been pleased. Their Chipotle Lime Mayo is insane. Their avocado oil takes roasted veggies to a whole new level.
