There are only four months left in 2021- let’s make them the best four months!
As we get closer to the holidays people tend to get a little lax with their routines, planning to start fresh in the new year.
I’d much rather build up momentum now and start 2022 strong and I know if you’re taking the time to read this you feel the same way.
So I’m sharing my simple five step system that can be applied to every area of your life, not just health and fitness.
DECIDE WHO YOU WANT TO BE IN 2022
This is about raising your standards in any and every area of your life- health, career, environment, relationships. Don’t just think about number oriented goals, think about how this will look, and more importantly how it will feel. Putting pen to paper is so powerful- you could write out what your ideal day would look like, write a future journal entry, or even a future thank you note to yourself for reaching your goals.
OPTIONAL BUT FUN- GIVE HER A NAME
This makes it fun and playful. Give next level you a name (mine is Eliz 2020). When making decisions you can ask what _____ would do in this situation.
CREATE SPACE FOR HER
Clear out old energy. Get rid of things that are no longer serving you or representative of who you are and where you’re going. This isn’t just about clearing physical clutter- look at how you’re spending your time and who you’re spending it with.
ENCOURAGE HER
We have almost four months left in 2021. You might feel super inspired now but life gets in the way. Use positive affirmations and visualization daily to anchor everything in.
BE HER NOW
Embody her- act as if. Even when no one is watching. Take action. I’m a big believer in inspired action where you follow the little nudges you get from the universe. But you also need to commit to take some small daily actions, whether you are inspired or not.
