PRIORITIZE PROTEIN AND PRODUCE
It’s really that simple.
So many of the women I work with are not getting enough protein in their meals and snacks. As a result, they never feel satisfied and are much more likely to give in to cravings.
By simply adding more protein, and filling in with plenty of fresh produce (so many amazing choices this time of year) they start seeing results.
