5 No-Brainer Health Tips that can Change your Life
Yes, I am THAT confident! If you actually do these five things every single day, you will truly notice a difference.
And there’s really no excuse not to… They only take a few minutes a day. Two of them are completely free, and two are pennies a day. And the most expensive will cost you one dollar a day.
So let’s get started:
Planks
Even if you have no time for any other exercise, hold a plank every morning for as long as you can. Use the stopwatch function on your phone to time it, and challenge yourself to hold it a little longer every day.
Planks work your entire body and are especially effective on your core. Seeing yourself growing stronger every day is a great confidence boost.
Lemon water
Starting your day with lemon water has so many benefits. The vitamin C in the lemon juice is great for your immune system and helps to brighten the skin. It also supports the production of new collagen.
There’s something about the fresh taste and scent that is really uplifting. Take your lemon out of the fridge the night before and it will be easier to squeeze. (Also you won’t forget!)
Collagen peptides

You can say them out loud, write them in a journal, or recite them in your head. I like to program them into my phone as an alarm. There are also some amazing videos on YouTube where positive affirmations are repeated.
