Now that I’m sleeping like a baby!
I was doing all the things.
Cutting out caffeine after noon. Wearing blue blocking glasses in the evening (they’re pretty cute!) Putting my phone down before bed.
All of which helped to improve my sleep. But I was still having a hard time settling down at night, and falling back to sleep if I woke up (which was pretty much every night.)
