A few little tips…
This recipe is designed for a 7 inch springform pan, which works perfectly in the Instant Pot. That size can be hard to find, but here’s one that’s reasonably priced: 7 inch springform pan
Make sure the cream cheese is nice and soft before you begin. I used my KitchenAid mixer to combine everything.
Have fun with this! The first time I made this cheesecake I didn’t have the sugar free chocolate chips and just melted some dark chocolate to drizzle on top. Sooooo good!
