has been going through my head since I made these popsicles.
Because everyone needs a little ’80s flashback now and then. Love Modern English.
Bonus points if you remember the movie this song was featured in.
So about the popsicles…
these three ingredient mocha popsicles are so refreshing on a hot day.
And they can do some things most popsicles can’t…give you glowing skin and a better body.
Here are the three ingredients…these are so simple and so much fun!
Coffee gives a nice rich flavor. I use organic coffee whenever possible, since coffee is a highly sprayed crop. Coffee is actually a pretty decent source of antioxidants, which prevent free radical damage to your cells. Always remember, antioxidants = anti aging.
Cashew milk or other nut milk is used for the rest of the liquid. My favorite brand for clean ingredients and great taste is Elmhurst. There is a tiny bit of added sugar but no questionable additives like most brands.
Coconut Collagen Fuel from Primal Kitchen Foods is what adds the delicious chocolatey flavor. It also adds protein and healthy fat from the collagen peptides and coconut milk that it contains. There’s a discount code at the end of the post!
You already know how much I love collagen peptides…they have made such a huge difference in the firmness of my skin, and my nails grow like crazy. Collagen peptides can also give you a better body. For more about that, read this post:

I found the popsicle molds on Amazon…maybe you already have some lying around. This mixture filled all six molds, so I’m guessing each one holds around one third of a cup.
When you’re ready to eat a popsicle, take one out of the freezer and run some warm water over the mold until it starts to loosen up, then pull the popsicle out.
These were so fun and easy…I’m sure I’ll be coming up with tons of variations!
happy, healthy and hot mocha popsicles
one cup brewed coffee, cooled
one cup of your favorite nut milk (I like cashew milk from Elmhurst)
four scoops Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel from Primal Kitchen Foods
Put everything in the blender and blend until well combined. I just blended on low because there is no need for this to get frothy. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until completely solid. Enjoy!
So can these mocha popsicles help you feel happy, heathy and hot? Hell yeah they can!
You’ll be happy enjoying a frozen treat made from healthy ingredients. The collagen supports firm skin, pretty nails and hair and even a better body…very hot!

I didn’t see any comments so apologies if it’s already been posted. The movie was Valley Girl with a very young Nicholas Cage.

Hey Mike…yes!!!! One of my all time faves! Sorry, somehow missed this comment…was having some tach issues over the weekend. A few people commented on Instagram but you’re the only one who picked up on it here. Thanks for checking in!
