I’ve been calling this my unicorn coffee…

because it’s pretty magical.

The colors aren’t pretty like that crazy Frappucino was last year.

But it tastes like a treat from a coffee shop, and every single ingredient is doing amazing things for your skin, body and overall health.

And that’s what makes it magical.

Because you totally deserve to drink delicious coffee and look and feel amazing.

So what’s in this coffee that I’m raving about?

Coconut oil provides healthy fat for glowing skin and a good metabolism.  As I began adding more fat to my diet I noticed that my skin seriously developed a glow.  And when you throw the coconut oil in the blender with hot coffee, it whips up into a creamy drink that looks and tastes like a latté.  For more on why you need fat in your diet, read this post:  The F word

Raw cacao powder contains over 300 phytochemicals and has four times the antioxidant power of regular dark chocolate.   It can even offer some protection from UV damage.  And it’s chocolate…what’s not to like?!

Maca is an adaptogen.  It’s known to balance hormones and help the body adapt to stress.  Maca can even increase sex drive in men and women.  It tastes kind of like caramel, so it blends nicely with the cacao.

Cinnamon, like all spices, is loaded with antioxidants.  It also helps with blood sugar regulation.  Cinnamon also has that warm spicy taste that plays nicely with the cacao and maca.

Collagen peptides are the final magic powder in this coffee concoction.  Don’t even get me started on how much I love them!  Collagen peptides are a great source of protein and contain amino acids that are hard to find in modern day diets.  They are amazing for your skin, nails and hair, as well as all of your connective tissues.

Sweetener is totally optional with this.  If you are used to sweet coffee drinks you will definitely want to sweeten it…stevia or monk fruit extract are great choices.  Lately I’ve been enjoying this drink without any sweetener, but I’m also the crazy girl who loves 90% dark chocolate.

You might be wondering where to find these crazy ingredients without running all over town.
