Alpine Pure Oil, from Telluride Glow, is a big part of my evening routine. I love everything about this versatile facial oil….the pure ingredients, the amazing scent, and the way it makes my skin glow. And it’s not just for your face. I rub any excess into my cuticles or the ends of my hair.
Another important part of my nighttime routine is wearing a sleep mask. It really helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Visible light at night can affect your melatonin production and circadian rhythm. I’m working on improving the quality and quantity of my sleep, and wearing a sleep mask is a big part of that.

I just lost 26 lbs. and have noticed more wrinkles showing up. Apparently this is a side effect of losing weight that I didn’t know about! I would love to win, so the oil can help me with this new problem.

LeAnn, that’s the worst…when you finally have a chance to sleep in and can’t. Sleep masks have really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep!
Just took the link to check Telluride out and it looks amazing. I tend to make my own moisterizers, however they have the most basic of ingredients due to the cost of those benificial oils. This face oil has them all! I would love to be able to try it. As for the mask, I see my youngest snagging that from me. 😊
Katie…good for you for making your own skincare. I have done that too, and getting all the separate ingredients can get costly. Telluride Glow really covers all the bases. And it smells amazing!

Menopause has definitely changed my skin’s texture. I notice my face is a bit drier now and the “life experience” lines around my eyes have become more noticeable.
