It's a rainy Sunday…

good day to go out to breakfast.  And to do some online shopping!
Here’s what I had for breakfast:

Omelet with tomatoes, spinach and broccoli.  Fruit instead of potatoes and toast.  And remember, get real eggs, not whites or egg beaters.  The yolk is where all the nutrients are.
