because it’s pretty magical.
The colors aren’t pretty like that crazy Frappucino was last year.
But it tastes like a treat from a coffee shop, and every single ingredient is doing amazing things for your skin, body and overall health.
And that’s what makes it magical.
Because you totally deserve to drink delicious coffee and look and feel amazing.
So what’s in this coffee that I’m raving about? Continue reading
is seaweed and eggs.
I can’t take credit for this idea…I saw it on Instagram and had to try it immediately. And now I’m hooked.
I’m always talking about adding veggies to your eggs in the morning. It’s a great way to start your day with an extra boost of vitamins and minerals. It might be spinach, or leftover roasted veggies, or maybe just dicing up a bell pepper and throwing it in.

Totally into “I Like Me Better” by Lauv and “Never Be the Same” by Camila Cabello. Actually pretty much obsessed with all of her music right now…she is a total badass.
So what does this workout involve?
buy some pre-washed organic baby spinach.
It has such a mild taste so it’s super versatile.
Spinach is a nutritional powerhouse. It’s loaded with important minerals, including manganese, magnesium, iron and copper. Copper is so important for your skin. It’s also rich in vitamins A and K as well as many B vitamins. And it’s a great source of fiber.
When you buy the pre-washed kind, it’s always ready to go. Organic is the way to go when buying leafy greens. And I personally prefer the baby spinach because it’s nice and tender for salads.
So here are some of my favorite ways to use it: Continue reading
