Before I hopped in the shower this morning…

I love all of Justin Bieber’s new singles…

and “Cold Water” is no exception.  Justin, you can be my life line!

But while I love listening to “Cold Water,” I rarely drink it.

I’ve always preferred my water (and most other beverages) at room temperature.

It’s just a personal preference, but it turns out drinking your beverages at room temp might have some advantages.

A lazy Sunday dinner…

In other words, you can make a super easy, healthy dinner, and still have plenty of time to take a long walk, go shoe shopping, take a nap…or all three!

Here’s one I just threw together that tasted great and took no time at allred clam sauce over zucchini noodles, with a side of roasted broccoli.

Since the pumpkin spice latte was a hit…

I’m sharing one more pumpkin spice recipe with you.  You know, if lattes aren’t your thing!

What I love about this pumpkin spice chia pudding is that it’s so easy and versatile.  Just like a pair of black leggings.

Seriously, you can have this for breakfast, dessert or just a snack.  Oh, and it is dairy-free, grain-free, vegan, and paleo.  Everyone’s happy!

Sometimes I think this whole pumpkin spice thing is out of control…

like pumpkin spice Hershey’s Kisses, m & m’s and Pop-tarts.  Is that really necessary?


But let’s face it, people go crazy for seasonal flavors.  Myself included.  As the weather gets cooler, those warming spices suddenly draw me in.

At Starbucks, they now refer to their Pumpkin Spice Latte as PSL.  There are even special travel mugs for it.  Again, maybe a little out of control.

But here’s the real problem with all this pumpkin spice madness…
