Whiter teeth without grief

I think it’s safe to say we all want white teeth.

For many years, I relied on White Strips.  My teeth have always been decent, but they weren’t as sparkly white as I wanted.  Since the staining wasn’t bad, I never went through a whole pack…I would maybe just use them for a few days in a row to brighten things up.

Unfortunately, my teeth started getting more and more sensitive to the White Strips.  By the last time, I had tooth pain for several days after using just one.

But I haven’t used White Strips since 2012…and this is how my teeth look in natural light:

I’ve been feeling guilty…

about my makeup.

The stuff in this bag isn’t always so pure, but I’m getting better!

See, here’s the thing.  I am careful about what I put into my body, so I can look and feel my best.  And I’m also super careful (ok, borderline obsessive) about my skincare.  I love using the safest, most natural products from companies like Annmarie Gianni, 100% Pure, Telluride Glow and Raw Elements.

I’m loving the new song “Closer” by The Chainsmokers…

(not to be confused with “Closer” by Nick Jonas, which was also pretty good.)

I’m also loving all of the pre-washed mixed greens that are available at grocery stores lately.  I’m always looking for ways to get more greens into my body,  because they are so important for great skin and a healthy body.

One easy way to do that is by drinking a green drink every morning.  You can either whip something up yourself or use a high quality product like Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens.

But some people just don’t want to drink something green.  (Like you, Robyn!)  And that’s ok, there are so many other ways to eat your greens.

Summer skin SOS!!

We’ve all been there at one time or another…that dry, dull skin after a trip to the beach.
