Why I dry brush (and why you should too!)

I first heard about dry brushing years ago, but it kind of went in one ear and out the other.  Even though I’ve always been into health, it was mostly in the area of nutrition and exercise.  But then my sister started doing it this summer and raving about it.  I still wasn’t convinced.  Like I need to add one more thing to my list!

I have this really cute personal trainer.

He motivates me to move my body every single day, even if I’m not feeling it.  He makes me got out in all kinds of weather, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning.  He’s my nine year old Bichon, KO.IMG_1578

I get on kicks with different workouts…sometimes it’s indoor rock-climbing, sometimes kettlebell, sometimes light weights with a bosu ball.  Right now I’m really into bouncing on my mini trampoline while blasting “Confident” by Demi Lovato, then cooling down to 1D (love boy bands!)  But the one thing that I do consistently, thanks to my cute personal trainer, is walk.  So what’s so great about walking? Better than collagen?

If you have followed this blog at all (and I hope you have!) you know I am pretty obsessed with collagen.  That’s because I have noticed such a remarkable improvement in my skin from using it on a daily basis.  It has also helped my nails, which were always pretty good but have gotten even better.
